The turks head wire brushes that we manufacture are very frequently used for the removal of soot of smoked tubes as well as removal of light scale deposits in boilers and heat exchangers. The wires attached with the cleaning wire brushes can be customized with its hardness as specified by the clients. These cleaning wire brushes are available in two types, they are male threaded and female threaded.

The most commonly used designs are given below but we can manufacture any other type of Tool Head, as per Specified Designs or requirement of the customer.
These are the most commonly used spring loaded self expanding type tool heads, designed for easy and rapid removal of hard deposits in straight tubes of any king of heat exchanger. There is one types.

These are used for opening or making clearance through the completely or partly choked tube of soft to medium hard deposits.

These are used for cleaning straight tubes which are completely choked by solid hard deposits.

Used for removing soft scales in ferrous tubes (carbon steel, stainless steel) and non-ferrous tubes (copper, brass, plastic, etc.) and for final 'finishing' of tubes.

Carbide Drills are used for cleaning tubes choked solidly with hard deposits.
These brushes are used to clean internally grooved tubes. The drill tip of brushes cleans through hard scale before the brush cleaning action takes over. The large diameter of this brush cleans into the grooves of the tubes and the small diameter into the lands of the tube's rifling.
